1. Platform Overview

TechThemYoung is a cohort-based technology education platform offering structured online programs and limited physical training opportunities. Our mission is to provide practical, skills-focused learning experiences through guided programs, projects, and real-world applications.

  • Limited physical training sessions (where applicable)
  • Educational support and mentorship

2. Eligibility Requirements

Student Eligibility
  • Minimum age: 16 years old
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Internet access
  • Commitment to program requirements
  • Ability to understand English instruction
Minors (Under 18)
  • Parental/guardian consent required
  • Parent contact information must be provided
  • Parents agree to terms on behalf of minor
  • Parents responsible for monitoring
Sponsorship

3. Enrollment and Access

3.1 Enrollment Process

Complete enrollment form with accurate information
Make full payment as specified for chosen program
Receive payment confirmation and verification
Get LMS (Learning Management System) access credentials
Attend orientation session

3.2 Access Rules

  • One enrollment per person per cohort
  • Access is personal and non-transferable
  • Sharing login credentials is prohibited
  • Access granted for duration of enrolled cohort only
  • Additional access may require separate enrollment

Important: Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment verification. Payment confirmation may take 1-3 business days.

4. Payment Requirements

4.1 Program Fees

  • Fees are clearly stated before enrollment
  • Fees cover program access, materials, and instruction
  • Additional costs may include internet, devices, or software
  • Fees are subject to change for future cohorts

4.2 Refund Policy

Full refund before program start date (minus processing fees)
50% refund within first week of program
No refund after second week of program begins
Refunds processed within 14 business days
Exceptional circumstances reviewed case by case

  • Programs run in scheduled cohorts (typically 8 weeks)
  • Fixed start and end dates
  • Weekly sessions and assignments

  • Regular attendance and participation
  • Timely completion of assignments
  • Professional communication with instructors and peers
  • Ethical use of learning resources
  • Respect for community guidelines

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
  • Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Commercial use of learning materials
  • Violation of copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Respectful and professional language
  • Constructive feedback and discussions
